Applying for a trade account

If you are interested in becoming a stockist of STETCH products, you can apply for a trade account by clicking here.

Please note that businesses planning to sell online should only sell via their website. STETCH cannot be sold on other sites such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy without strict permission.

Order process

Complete and submit an order form and send to orders@stetch.co.uk. We will acknowledge your order and for existing stockists, you will receive a pro-forma invoice. Usually within 24 hours. For new stockists, we kindly request payment before the dispatch of goods. Moving forward, all orders will be payable in accordance with your payment terms.

Once your order has been received, it will typically be dispatched within 5-10 business days. Please note that during peak seasonal times, this lead time may vary.

Minimum orders and shipping costs

The minimum order quantity on cards is 20 in any assortment.

The minimum order quantity on bags is 5.

The minimum order quantity on prints is 5 in any assortment.

Spend £100 for free standard UK delivery if your business is based in the UK Mainland.

All orders under £100 will be charged £9.99 for standard UK delivery.

All orders are based on a firm sale basis.

Payment

Payment is accepted by bank transfer or from all major credit and debit cards and Apple Pay.

Payment of invoices must be received in accordance with your agreed payment terms.

Goods supplied at current list prices.

Returns & discrepancies

Please inform us of any discrepancies or damaged-in-transit goods within 7 days of receiving your order.

All STETCH products remain the property of ‘STETCH’ until paid in full.

Exclusivity

Exclusivity would only be offered in exceptional circumstances.
